Middle Matters-Year 1 (2011)
- Establish leadership teams who will identify the key factors related to recruitment and retention.
- These teams will design and develop PD opportunities for for Middle Matters recruits and other teachers.
Middle Matters-Year 2 & 3 (2012-2013)
- The leadership team will expand their PD opportunities.
- Establish a JMU presence in the form of a "Hopewell House".
- Establish seminars for data collection.
- Establish a review panel with varying representatives.
